Every patch is designed and pieced by hand in Durham. No two are ever the same. You choose the cloth it lives on.
A patch is cut once, sewn once, and then it is gone. What you pick is the garment underneath it.

Nothing is sewn until you order. Five to seven working days, then it ships tracked.
The pieces
Pieced in Durham
Studio Burnell is Lily Burnell. She cuts from dressmaking remnants, deadstock shirting, curtain linings out of house clearances and whatever else turns up with a bit of life left in it.
Nothing is printed and nothing is repeated. A patch takes the shape of the cloth it came from, which is why the same design can never be made twice.
Each finished piece is numbered, logged and sewn onto the garment you asked for. When it sells, it comes off the site.
